In reply to your letter of the 3rd instant, I am directed to inform you that His Excellency the Officer Administering the Government with the advice of the Executive Council has decided to suspend you from the exercise of the functions of your office of District Inspector from the 17th instant and to recommend to the Secretary of State that you should be dismissed from the public service.

You will cease to draw the salary of your office from and including the 17th instant and from that date until the determination of the Secretary of State is known you will be granted an alimentary allowance of $350 a month.
